How to use
D-Mannose acts by contact: the longer it remains in the urinary tract, the more effective it will be.
Therefore:
- Try to make them drink as little as possible.
- Avoid concomitant treatment with drinks or foods that stimulate diuresis.
1 capsule each time you empty your bladder.
Which normal equals:
1 capsule after evening urine, 1 after first thing in the morning.
If you urinate during the day or at night, take another capsule immediately afterwards to ensure 24-hour urinary protection. The prophylactic treatment should be repeated for 10 days every 2-3 months with just one capsule in the evening.
Warnings
