Description
Dietary supplement containing lactulose, Nutriose soluble corn fiber, plum fruit juice concentrate, tamarind fruit pulp extract, and fennel fruit dry extract. Tamarind fruit pulp extract contributes to normal stool volume and consistency. The standardized fennel fruit dry extract promotes digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility, and the elimination of gas. Plum fruit juice concentrate and tamarind fruit pulp extract promote regular bowel movements.

Ingredients
Lactulose solution (lactulose, water) (contains lactose ), water, Nutriose (hydrolyzed corn starch), plum (Prunus domestica L.) fruit juice concentrate, tamarind extract concentrate (Tamarindus indica L., fruit pulp); acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; fennel dry extract standardized to 0.05% in essential oil (Foeniculum vulgare Mill. fruit, essential oil), flavoring.

Gluten free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 sticks daily in the morning on an empty stomach or before bedtime, followed by a glass of water. You can also dissolve the contents of the stick in a glass of water (200 ml).
