How to use
Sports activities: apply to nipples, groin, armpits, inner thighs, and heart rate monitor area before and during sports activities.
Daily use: Apply as needed to reduce chafing in the most prone areas: inner thighs, abdomen, under the breasts, and armpits. It's non-greasy and won't stain.
Apply a sufficient amount to the area to be treated and massage to protect the affected area. Reapply as needed.

Dimethicone, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, Oryza sativa starch [Oryza sativa (rice) starch], alcohol denat., tocopheryl acetate, aqua.
