Description

Glucomannan, taken with plenty of water, helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. It is also recommended as an adjunct to low-calorie diets for weight loss.

How to use
Swallow the capsules as is with 1-2 glasses of water, or pour the contents into water (at least 100 ml for 2 capsules), stir well, and drink immediately. Take the capsules preferably one hour before meals. The beneficial effect on cholesterol is achieved with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan (4 capsules twice a day). The beneficial effect on weight loss is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (2 capsules three times a day), as part of a low-calorie diet.

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. The date on the packaging refers to the product when stored properly and in its intact packaging.
