Description
Dietary supplement containing ginger, rice flour, magnesium, and B vitamins (B1, B2, and B6). Ginger has digestive and anti-nausea properties, helps promote gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas, as well as counteracting localized tension and menstrual disorders. Rice flour helps control gastric acidity and has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system. Magnesium contributes to maintaining electrolyte balance.
B vitamins (B1, B2, and B6) support normal cellular energy metabolism. Citrates (potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, and citric acid) have a gastric buffering effect.

Ingredients
Acidity regulators: citric acid, monopotassium citrate; rice flour (Oryza sativa L.) seeds, food gelatin capsule, magnesium salts of citric acid, maltodextrin, enzyme complex from fermented plant substrates (alpha-amylase, protease, cellulase, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome extract tit. 5% gingerols, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules after each main meal, and if necessary also before going to bed at night.
