Description
Class I Medical Device (Directive 93/42/EEC). Non-sterile.
A medical device that acts rapidly against stomach bloating, heartburn, heaviness, and flatulence caused by excess gastric acidity and/or associated with dyspepsia, thus promoting the digestive process. Indicated for burning and stomach pain, cramps, rumbling, feeling of tension, belching, and flatulence. The device contains simethicone, which, due to its antifoaming properties, is used to relieve symptoms related to excessive gastrointestinal gas and facilitate its elimination. Simethicone reduces the surface tension of air trapped in mucus and food bolus. Excessive gastric acidity, which causes symptoms such as heartburn, is reduced by the presence of calcium carbonate, potassium citrate, and sodium citrate, which neutralize gastric acids through an acid-base reaction.
