Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata F., seed husk), acacia fiber (Acacia Senegal L., gum); sweetener: sorbitol (from corn or wheat ), flavorings; acidity regulator: citric acid; stabilizer: guar gum; cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) fruit powder; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; coloring: beta-carotene.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
1 sachet per day or, as needed, up to 2 sachets, preferably one hour before meals, for cycles of at least 2 weeks. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water, stir well, and consume immediately. It is recommended to drink an additional glass of water immediately afterward.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
