Chasteberry and saffron help combat menstrual cycle disorders; saffron and lemon balm are recommended for normal mood; birch helps drain body fluids; and vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Bulking agent: isomalt; magnesium citrate; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; acidity regulator: citric acid; birch (Betula pendula Roth, leaves 50% and Betula pubescens Ehrh., leaves 50%) dry extract tit. min. 2.5% flavonoids, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract tit. 12% rosmarinic acid, flavourings, magnesium oxide; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruits) dry extract tit. 0.5% agnuside, saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) dry extract tit. min. 2% safranal and min. 3% crocins, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably with the main meal.
Pour the powder into a glass and add 150 ml of water, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
