How to use
Adults: we recommend taking 25 ml twice a day or 50 ml in a single solution, pure or diluted in water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.

Conservation
Once opened, it must be stored in a dark, cool place, maximum 7°C.
