Description
A magnesium, potassium, sodium, and chlorine supplement useful for rapidly replenishing minerals lost from heavy sweating, including during sports, and in any case of mineral deficiencies. It also contains an extract of rhodiola rosea root, a plant native to the cold, mountainous regions of Siberia and Tibet, known for its tonic properties for physical and mental fatigue.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Fructose, citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, magnesium glycerophosphate, sodium citrate, flavoring, magnesium citrate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root dry extract titrated at 3% in rosavins; sweetener: stevia glycosides; coloring: beta-carotene.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water (250 ml), away from meals.
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day.
