How to use
Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of one sachet (16 g) in a 500 ml bottle filled with still water. During intense physical exercise, we recommend consuming 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (one sip every 15 minutes approximately) and taking into account the intensity of the exercise and environmental conditions.
