Ingredients in the Probiotics section: short-chain fructooligosaccharide powder, fructose, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (BB-12) DSM 15954 (maltodextrin), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5) DSM13241 (maltodextrin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551), peach flavor.
Ingredients in the Plant Extracts and Digestive Enzyme Section: fructose, short-chain fructo-oligosaccharide powder, mint leaf extract (Mentha x piperita L.) 0.5% rosmarinic acid, coriander fruit extract (Coriandrum sativum L.), Enzymix - fermented maltodextrins (rice dextrins), peach flavouring, alpha-galactosidase from Aspergillus niger 10,000 GALU/g; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551); acidifier: citric acid (E330).

How to use
Dissolve the contents of both parts of the sachet in half a glass of water (75 ml) and drink the resulting suspension, preferably before the main meal.
