Ingredients
Vegetable glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate; bulking agent: cellulose; boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) gum resin titrated at 65% in total boswellic acids, hyaluronic acid (from sodium hyaluronate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Gluten free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with water, preferably after a meal.
