How to use
We recommend drinking one cup of herbal tea twice daily, after main meals. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 200 ml) over the tea bag, making sure to cover it to prevent the more volatile aromatic compounds from dispersing. Let it steep for a few minutes. It's not necessary to add sugar, as the special formulation makes the infusion pleasant; if necessary, honey is recommended.
