Food supplement composed of 10 plant extracts, including psyllium, plum, chicory, boldo and cinnamon, which promote regular intestinal transit.
Psyllium, in particular, also has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, while cumin promotes the elimination of gas.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet daily for bowel regularity, and 2 tablets daily to promote intestinal motility. It is recommended to take the tablets with plenty of water and drink them repeatedly throughout the day. To make swallowing easier, the tablet can be split into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut container.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one or more components.
