Food supplement based on titrated plant extracts of feverfew, angelica, lemon balm and chasteberry, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Feverfew, angelica, and chasteberry help combat menstrual disorders. Angelica also promotes blood circulation. Feverfew counteracts localized tension.
Lemon balm promotes relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood and has antioxidant action.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; corn starch, angelica (Angelica sinensis Oliv. Diels) root extract tit. 1% ligustilide, feverfew (Tanacethum partenium L.Sch. Bip.) herb with flowers extract tit. 0.5% parthenolide, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf extract tit. 7% dermal hydroxycinnamic acids such as rosmarinic acid, chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit extract tit. 0.5% agnuside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids and microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day, with plenty of water, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
It is recommended to take the product starting 7 days before the period and for the 3 days after.
