How to use
Take the recommended dose 30 minutes before breakfast.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablespoon (10 ml).
Children 6 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml).
Children 3 to 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml).
