Ingredients
Galactooligosaccharides ( milk and milk products including lactose ), inulin, maltodextrin, xylooligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides, polydextrose, lactulose ( milk and milk products including lactose ); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551); sweetener: sucralose (E955).
Gluten free.

How to use
Take 1 or 2 sachets a day, dissolve the contents in a 150 ml glass of water and drink immediately.
