Description
A dietary supplement combining soy extract (standardized to 40% soy isoflavones), melatonin, vitamins (folic acid, vitamin D, vitamins B6 and B12), minerals (calcium, magnesium), and alpha-linolenic acid. Flavia Notte helps meet the nutritional needs of women during menopause.

Ingredients
Refined linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) tit. 45% in alpha-linolenic acid, calcium carbonate; glazing agent: gelatin; soya (Glycine max L.), magnesium oxide; humectants: glycerin (E422), sorbitol (E420); emulsifier: soya lecithin (E322), vegetable oils; emulsifier: yellow beeswax (E901), cyanocobalamin; pyridoxine hydrochloride, colour (E171), melatonin, colour (E120), cholecalciferol, colour (E172) and pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

How to use
Recommended daily dose: one capsule per day, with a glass of water, preferably in the evening just before bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The daily intake of isoflavones should not exceed 80 mg. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
