Ingredients
Fructooligosaccharides; sweeteners: sorbitol, steviol glycosides; Flormidabìl Sandoz formula (Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, Lactobacillus acidophilus La14, Lactobacillus plantarum SDZ11, Lactobacillus paracasei SDZ22); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take one sachet daily, either dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in a glass of water or other liquid at room temperature. Take the product at the most convenient time of day (e.g., just before or after a meal), but leave at least three hours between doses after taking any antibiotics.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store below 25°C; avoid exposure to localized heat sources and sunlight, and keep away from moisture. The best before date applies to the product in its intact packaging, stored properly.
