Description
Food supplement based on glucosamine, biotin and phosphatidylcholine with fospidina complex of phospholipids and glucosamine.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.
Phosphatidylcholine is one of the main phospholipids essential for the structure, plasticity and functionality of cell membranes, where they form a characteristic double layer containing channels for the cellular transport of ions and molecules important for cellular metabolism.

Ingredients
Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; phosphatidylcholine 30% (from soya lecithin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc; colouring: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agent: polyethylene glycol; colouring: iron oxides; biotin (D-biotin).

Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with water. It is recommended to use it in combination with FOSPID Active Serum dermocosmetic.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. The best before date applies to the product in its intact packaging, stored properly.
