Description
Medical device for the rehabilitation of the pelvic area muscles.
Weak pelvic floor muscles can be caused by various factors such as age, multiple pregnancies and/or difficult births, congenital factors and can cause unpleasant problems including:
-urinary incontinence and, in more severe cases, fecal incontinence
-reduction of female sexual pleasure.
G Flex can also be used by women suffering from the opposite problem, namely hypertonicity of the pelvic floor muscles. In this case, G Flex can be used to stretch the pelvic floor muscles. G Flex is anatomical, comfortable, and easy to use.

How to use
Cleaning and storage :
1) Rinse G Flex with a degreasing antibacterial bath soap, you can also use an intimate hygiene soap.
2) Rinse with water.
3) Clean with alcohol or an antibacterial disinfectant.
4) Dry with a clean towel and put it back in its box.
Insertion and use :
1) Lie on your back with your toes pointed and knees bent.
2) Squeeze the grooved handles of the G Flex together to join the two sides of the cone.
3) Separate the lips of the vulva with your hand.
4) Insert G Flex into the vagina with your other hand (it should be inserted so that it flexes back and forth).
5) Using the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine or bowel movements, pull the muscles, squeeze the G Flex and hold for a count of 10 seconds or as long as you can.
6) Relax your muscles completely.
7) Repeat steps 5 and 6.
8) Work on a set of 15 repetitions of Tightening, Resisting and Relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.
9) Do a set of 15 repetitions, resting 15 seconds between each one.
10) Once you feel comfortable with 3 sets of reps, you can move on to the harder (dark) G Flex.
