HOT COLD GEL
Practical reusable gel cushion suitable for heating (hot water and microwave) or cooling (freezer) for non-drug pain relief.
Hot use: lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia and in all cases where the application of heat is necessary.
Cold Use: hematomas, sprains, trauma, hyperthermia and in all cases where cryotherapy and the use of cold are required.
How to use
HOT WATER
Immerse in boiling water for up to 5 minutes. Remove, dry, place the sachet in the appropriate cloth pocket, and apply to the affected area.
MICROWAVE OVEN
Place the sachet in the oven for up to 1 minute, setting the oven to 650 watts. Remove, place the sachet in the appropriate cloth pocket, and apply to the affected area.
FREEZER
Place in the freezer for at least an hour and a half to two hours. Remove, place the sachet in the appropriate cloth pocket, and apply to the affected area.
