Single-use CE medical device.
The Glicerolax DM medical device is a disposable microenema, with temporary action and duration, indicated to facilitate the evacuation of stool and can be used whenever it is necessary to relieve intestinal constipation or in preparation for rectal examinations.
Glycerol-based rectal preparations provide immediate evacuative action by acting on the terminal portion of the rectum without being absorbed by the intestinal mucosa. Glycerol softens, lubricates, and loosens fecal mass, facilitating its expulsion. The presence of rice starch and natural mallow extract gives the product an emollient and protective effect on the rectal mucosa and helps improve local tolerance.
The product contains rice starch, completely gluten-free.
The product is gluten -free.

How to use
Children: 1 - 2 3g microenemas in 24 hours as needed.
Infants: 1 3g microenema in 24 hours as needed.
Instructions for use:
1) remove the cap from the cannula;
2) lubricate the cannula with a few drops of the solution itself;
3) insert the cannula into the anal orifice without squeezing the bellows;
4) compress the bellows to introduce the liquid into the rectum;
5) remove the cannula without ceasing to compress the bellows to avoid reabsorbing the liquid.
CAUTION: In infants and children up to 3 years of age, insert the cannula no further than halfway along its length.
The micronema is disposable and should not be reused.
Any residual product must be discarded.

Components
Vegetable glycerin 76.7% (equal to 2.3 g per 3 g microenema), rice starch, Mallow fluid extract, purified water to taste
The product contains rice starch, completely gluten -free.

Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components, acute or unknown abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, intestinal obstruction or stenosis, rectal bleeding of unknown origin, acute hemorrhoidal crisis, severe dehydration.
If you experience persistent constipation, consult your doctor.

Conservation
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the box or if the package appears damaged.
Store in the original packaging away from light and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and stored correctly.
Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
Keep out of reach of children.
