THE DROPS OF MORPHEUS
Food supplement based on poppy, passionflower, and hops with melatonin. Passionflower and hops promote relaxation and sleep in cases of stress. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. For jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg (5 drops) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. Regarding the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of 1 mg (10 drops) of melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 10 drops of the product in the evening before going to bed.
