Ingredients
Capsule contents: bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate, fermented red rice with Monascus purpureus tit. 4.1-4.9% in total monacolins (red rice, maltodextrin), artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaf dry extract tit. min. 7% in total caffeoylquinic acids as chlorogenic acid (artichoke, maltodextrin), phytosterols from rapeseed (Brassica campestris L. var. oleifera DC) seeds tit. min. 45% in beta-sitosterol (equivalent to 4.7 g of phytosterols/100 g of product), gamma oryzanol (from Oryza sativa L., seeds); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, resveratrol, folic acid.
Outer casing: gelatin; colouring: calcium carbonate.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day in the evening.

This product is not intended for individuals who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Consumption of more than 3 g of added plant sterols per day should be avoided. This product should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet, including regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Consult your doctor before using this product, especially if you have any health problems. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications or other products containing red yeast rice. Do not take 3 mg or more of monacolins per day; therefore, it is recommended not to exceed one capsule per day. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
