Food supplement.
Contains Polypodium leucotomos, and other natural ingredients and antioxidants that protect against free radicals such as vitamin C and vitamin E, which help protect cells from oxidative damage.
Furthermore, vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of the skin.
Nicotinamide is a source of niacin. Niacin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.

Polypodium leucotomos (aerial part extract), cysteine (N-acetyl), gluco-oligosaccharides, inulin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), orange flavouring, niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); sweetener: neohesperidine DC (E959). Capsule: glazing agent [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464)], colourings [red iron oxide (E172), yellow iron oxide (E172), black iron oxide (E172)].

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily before sun exposure.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Heliocare dietary supplements should be used in combination with topical sunscreens. Sun exposure should be avoided during peak radiation hours (11:00–16:00).
