Description
Food supplement based on Polypodium leucotomos, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin E, lutein and lycopene.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, as well as promoting the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Polypodium leucotomos, vitamin C and vitamin E have antioxidant action and contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Polypodium leucotomos (aerial part extract), lutein, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), lycopene, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol). Capsule: glazing agent [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464)]; colors: yellow iron oxide (E172), black iron oxide (E172).

Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
Take one capsule daily, before sun exposure.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For consumption by children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Heliocare dietary supplements should be used in combination with topical sunscreens. Sun exposure should be avoided during peak radiation hours (11:00–16:00).

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct sources of heat.
The minimum durability date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
