Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of gastrointestinal disorders in infants, such as functional constipation and/or infantile colic.
To help achieve faster gastric emptying, soften stool consistency and reduce intestinal gas formation, Humana DG PLUS contains:
- a lipid mixture with an increased beta-palmitate content;
- partially hydrolyzed whey proteins;
- GOS (galacto-oligosaccharides) prebiotic fibers.
Humana DG PLUS is suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition for infants during the first 6 months of life, when not breastfed. It is also suitable for use after 6 months of age as part of a diversified complementary diet.
The product contains less lactose than traditional infant formula.

Ingredients

How to use
When preparing milk, carefully follow the instructions for use.
Sterilize the bottle, nipple, and ring before each use. Prepare the formula before each feeding and administer immediately.
Shake the bottle well and then pour the required amount of milk into the previously sterilized bottle. Heat the bottle to 37°C. Do not heat the bottle in the microwave, as there is a risk of burns.

Inappropriate preparation and method of use can be harmful to the infant's health.
Do not administer parenterally.
Humana DG PLUS is based on partially hydrolyzed cow's milk proteins. Do not use in case of cow's milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance, galactosemia, or galactose and glucose malabsorption.
To be used under the supervision of a pediatrician.
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. If breastfeeding is not possible, Humana DG PLUS can be used, subject to the advice of your pediatrician. Weaning should only begin following your pediatrician's instructions.

Conservation
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from heat. Once opened, close the bottle and store upright in the refrigerator.
Shelf life when packaging is intact: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 24 hours.
