Description
Dietary supplement based on plant ingredients. Valerian, passionflower, hops, and lemon balm extracts promote relaxation and sleep in times of stress. Lemon balm extract also promotes mental well-being and normal mood.

Mevalux: valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part with flowers extract, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) cones extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves extract, mint (Mentha spicata L.) leaves extract; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose vegetable capsule; black cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) fruit powder tit. 2% proanthocyanidins; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Gluten free.

How to use
To aid sleep: take 2 capsules in the evening or half an hour before bed with a glass of water.
Or, to promote relaxation: take 1 capsule daily, as needed, with a glass of water.
