INOFERT PLUS
Dietary supplement containing myo-inositol, melatonin, and folic acid, useful for providing a supplemental intake of the nutrients it contains in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased needs. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol, soya bean oil, edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; emulsifiers: soya lecithin; polyglyceride esters of fatty acids, medium chain triglycerides; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; colouring: E172; melatonin; folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid).
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day with a glass of water.
