PLUS

A dietary supplement containing myo-inositol, melatonin, and folic acid, useful for supplementing these nutrients when dietary intake is low or there is an increased need. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with a dose of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
