Ingredients
Dry extract of St. John's Wort flowering tops, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
The dry extracts are supported on maltodextrins.

How to use
Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast and 1 in the evening after dinner.
