Description
Eye drops for dry eyes.
Particularly suitable for the treatment of dry eyes, it provides relief from the burning and irritation sensations caused by dry eyes. Isomar Occhi Plus, thanks to its formulation, helps soothe dry eye symptoms. It does so through the following actions:
1. Osmoprotective: One of the main causes of dry eyes is reduced or abnormal tear secretion caused by an alteration in the natural cellular osmotic balance. Isomar Occhi Plus contains the Isoeye Plus complex (Propylene Glycol, Erythritol, Betaine, L-Carnitine), which provides osmoprotective action, hydrates, and protects the corneal epithelial cells from potential cellular damage caused by hyperosmolarity.
2. rehydrating: hypotonic sea water, distilled waters of cornflower, calendula, eyebright and Cineraria marittima extract promote hydration of the ocular surface;
3. Lubricant: Hyaluronic acid and hypromellose stabilize the tear film, helping to keep the ocular surface lubricated and hydrated.
Isomar Occhi Plus provides relief in cases of redness, irritation, burning, itching and the sensation of foreign bodies and following tearing and fatigue induced by factors such as exposure to wind and sunlight, dust, pollen, smog, smoke, dry heat, air-conditioned environments, prolonged exposure to video screens and the use of contact lenses.
Isomar Occhi Plus can be used with any type of contact lenses. For enhanced lubricating and soothing effects, instilling Isomar Occhi Plus before inserting lenses is recommended.
The medical device is intended for users without specialized knowledge, following the instructions for use provided by the manufacturer. The medical device is intended for home use. The user is provided with all the information necessary for correct and safe use of the device.

How to use
1-2 drops per eye every 4-5 hours. It is recommended to space treatment cycles with 7-day breaks. Each cycle should not exceed 30 days of treatment.
For correct use of the product, it is necessary to follow the following instructions:
- open the package and before first administration, remove the protective seal and remove the cap;
- raise your head and hold the bottle upside down to your eye;
- gently pull down the lower eyelid with one finger and gradually increase the pressure of your fingers on the bottle until you obtain a drop;
- instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac every 4-5 hours;
- close your eye for a few seconds;
- close the bottle immediately after use.
The solution can be reused within 6 months of first opening. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated in the other eye.
The cap used for Isomar Occhi Plus is specially designed to ensure product sterility during use and optimal dispensing. It is recommended not to press the closed bottle too hard to prevent a few drops from leaking through the cap grille. As the solution in the bottle gradually runs out, it may be necessary to apply greater force.

Purified water, sea water (20-26%)*, Jacobaea maritima extract (0.01%), Calendula officinalis flower water (0.1%), Centaurea cyanus flower water (0.1%), Helichrysum italicum flower water (0.1%), Euphrasia officinalis flower/leaf/stem water (0.001%), erythritol (0.15%), propylene glycol (0.25%), betaines (0.1%), L-carnitine (0.15%), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (0.25%), sodium hyaluronate (0.25%).

The expiration date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored properly. The product is intended for adult patients. There are no specific data regarding the use of the product in children and pregnant women. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. It is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly before applying the solution and to avoid touching the tip of the dispenser with your hands. When administering the solution, it is recommended to avoid touching the conjunctival membrane with the tip of the vial. For proper storage, it is recommended to properly close the bottle after each use. Do not dispose of the bottle in the environment after use. In the event of a serious incident involving the medical device, immediately report the incident to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the incident occurred.

Conservation
Store in the original packaging in a dry place, away from light and heat, at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
