Food supplement of magnesium and Lactium (hydrolyzed milk proteins).
Ingredients
Sucrosomial Ultramag-Magnesium (magnesium oxide), Lactium (hydrolyzed milk proteins); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium carbonate, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colorant: indigo carmine.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day before going to bed.
