Dietary supplement based on lactase and fennel and caraway extracts. Lactase improves lactose digestion in those who have difficulty digesting it. Fennel and caraway promote gas elimination.

Lactase (beta-galactosidase) 100,000 FCC ALU/g; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; fennel fruit dry extract (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), caraway fruit dry extract (Carum carvi L.); glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol, sodium alginate, fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colouring: calcium carbonate; medium chain triglycerides.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets per day, approximately 30 minutes before meals, depending on the amount of lactose consumed.
