Melatonin food supplement, a substance naturally produced by the body that is involved in regulating circadian rhythms.
It helps both alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination) and reduce the time required to fall asleep (take 1 mg).
Ingredients
sweetener (mannitol), corn starch, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), sweetener (sorbitol), flavouring (mint), melatonin, sweetener (sucralose).
