Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the major regulators of the body's energy cycles. It is essential for energy use and is necessary for muscle function (including the heart), as well as for the nervous system. It is bound to oxiproline—the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability—and is therefore highly absorbable. Oxyproline itself, or pidolic acid, is an active component of the formula for its antioxidant action as a precursor to glutathione and as a support for tissue reconstruction by participating in collagen metabolism.
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, unexplained physical and mental fatigue, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, and lack of concentration.

How to use
Swallow 4 tablets daily with water, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. There are no contraindications to taking the product between meals. The unique composition also ensures that the product's bioavailability remains unaffected even when taken with food.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
