How to use Adults and children 14 years and older: The recommended daily dose is one teaspoon (about 2.4 g). Take up to twice daily.
Children 11-14 years: One teaspoon once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
You can also use room temperature or cold water.
We will have to wait for the solution to become clear.
It can be taken at any time of day or during periods of increased fatigue. To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it between main meals.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.
Variations in taste and smell between packs are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.
