Food supplement based on L-tryptophan, Bifidobacterium infantis, vitamin B6 and melatonin.
Lactic ferments promote the balance of intestinal flora.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the normal function of the immune system.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Purified water, fructose, L-tryptophan, Bifidobacterium infantis SGB03, flavoring, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate (preservatives).

How to use
Shake before use.
It is recommended to take 10 drops per day (equal to 0.5 ml).
