Melatonin-based food supplement that helps reduce the time it takes for children and adults to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Melamil is also indicated for alleviating the effects of jet lag. In these cases, it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Fructose, purified water, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
4 drops per day, equal to 1 mg of melatonin.
It is recommended to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic drinks, using the dropper contained in the package.
After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
