Description
A dietary supplement containing 99% pure melatonin, indicated for all physiological conditions with increased melatonin requirements. Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bed, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates, when necessary, the effects of jet lag*. Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; flavouring; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take 1 micro-tablet daily, preferably before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, localized heat sources, and sunlight. Avoid contact with water. The expiration date applies to the product when stored properly and in its intact packaging.
