Dietary supplement containing 1 mg of pure melatonin, enhanced with griffonia and valerian. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. Griffonia dry extract promotes mental well-being and normal mood, while valerian dry extract can promote relaxation in stressful situations. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and sustained release of the components.*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., radix) dry extract; sweetener: mannitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearin; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; anti-caking agents: talc; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; colorant: titanium dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; melatonin.
How to use
1 mini-tablet per day shortly before bedtime.
