Food supplement based on melatonin, Californian poppy, griffonia, tryptophan and vitamins.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. California poppy and griffonia promote relaxation and sleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B1 (thiamine); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; California poppy herb (Eschscholtzia californica L.) dry extract titrated 0.2% in protopine, tryptophan, melatonin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill] seeds dry extract

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, shortly before going to bed, to be swallowed with a little water.
