Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, chamomile, lemon balm and magnesium.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Lemon balm and chamomile are useful for promoting relaxation.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Sugar-free, with sweetener.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; magnesium citrate, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf extract titrated 0.8% in rosmarinic acid, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract titrated 0.3% in apigenin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; flavouring, magnesium oxide; stabilizer: xanthan gum; sweetener: sucralose; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet shortly before bed, dissolved in 150 ml of lukewarm water (or hot if you prefer).
The presence of any agglomerates of powder inside the sachet does not affect the quality of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Contains polyols, excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
