Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Purified water, fructose, concentrated apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh, fruit); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; flavorings; acidifier: citric acid.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
Take 0.5 ml, measured with the graduated syringe, in the evening before bed. Dilute in water or swallow directly, as it has a pleasant taste. Shake well before use.
It is recommended to wash the syringe after each use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
