Food supplement based on melatonin and extracts of valerian, passionflower and California poppy.
Valerian, passionflower, and California poppy are useful for promoting sleep.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and reduce the effects of jet lag. The controlled-release form allows for a gradual and balanced intake of the product's components.
Ingredients
Valerian root es 0.8% valerenic acids, passionflower flowering tops es 2% vitexin, California poppy aerial parts es 0.2% protopin, melatonin.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening one hour before going to bed, swallowed with water.
In case of jet lag, take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
