Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.
The beneficial effects are obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at the destination (jet lag).
Ingredients
Maltodextrin from corn or rice, gum arabic*, microcrystalline cellulose*, melatonin, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin**.

How to use
