California poppy flowering tops (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) dry extract titrated at 0.35% in protopine; L-theanine; L-tryptophan; corn starch; griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (Dc.) Baill.] dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-Htp; pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol; melatonin; bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, cellulose; colourings: E171, E132.
