DIRECTIONS FOR USE: We recommend taking one tablet shortly before bedtime. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Melatonin.
WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat. The expiration date applies to the product in its unopened packaging, stored properly.
